The other 2 categories are for 'Favorite Music Fan Following' (that one is actually a nominations for us, Lovatics) and for 'Favorite Competition TV Show' (this one is for the X Factor' TV show).
The official pull, where you will be able to vote on each every category of the 2013 People Choice Awards in there site (peopleschoice.com) has started already, so you should start voting if you want Demi to win anything on the event.
